Hi, I'm Nick Ringling.

I started my real estate investing journey in 2018 and have since flipped over 400 properties. In that time, I am proud to have built a team of great people that help send hundreds of thousands of text messages every single month. This business started by accident, just helping a few other land investor friends by implementing and managing their texting campaigns for them and their businesses. I quickly realized how valuable a "done-for-you texting campaign" could be for land investors and decided to offer the service to the public.
